What is spiritual work?

To me, spiritual work means aligning ourselves and our life with our Soul. I believe the spiritual and physical worlds are intrinsically connected. I also believe it is possible to get lost, to lose that connection. When this happens we become dissatisfied and lose our fire.

This means asking the big questions, the deep questions:

• Why am I here?

• Who am I?

• For what purpose?

• What do I value?
